Tom Sweetman - President & Chief Operating Officer
Tom joined PDS in January, 2007 and brings 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to joining PDS, Tom spent four years as the Western Regional President at The Yoh Company. He was a Group Vice President at AdvectA, Inc. He also held senior leadership positions at both Robert Half and Target Corp.  Tom has a business degree with an emphasis in economics from Saint John's
University in Collegeville, Minnesota.

Kevin Mackie - Vice President, Finance
Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.  His career began in public accounting as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick in Dallas, Texas and Amarillo, Texas for 3 years.  He then worked as the Controller for Plains Transportation, Inc. for 4 years.  Mr. Mackie has worked as both Corporate Assistant Controller and Controller for PDS for 12 years.  Mr. Mackie received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in accounting from Texas Tech University.  He earned his CPA designation in 1995.

Brian Hinshaw - Vice President, Sales
Brian joined PDS in 2001 bringing with him over 20 years of technology staffing and solutions marketing experience. Brian was responsible for Arizona staffing sales for Analysts International Corporation (AiC) and also worked for IBM Corporation in a solutions sales capacity. Earlier in his career Brian worked for EDS and Ernst and Whinney as a technology consultant. Brian transitioned from technologist to sales and sales management and has held leadership roles for the past 15 years.

David Martin - Vice President, Solutions
Dave joined PDS in 2010 and brings over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level business systems and applications in a variety of technologies. Prior to joining PDS, he was the Director of Open Systems development at Visa. His domain experience spans various industries from banking and finance to engineering and aerospace to healthcare and life sciences just to mention a few.

DAVID PAOLI - Vice President, Sales
David joined PDS in 2010 and brings with him over 17 years of sales and sales management experience in Solution Selling. His leadership and focus for the last 12 years has been in business development for IT (Information Technology) services and software related companies. Prior to that David spent five years selling and managing sales teams focused on developing corporate sponsorships for two professional sports franchises; including the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club (MLB), and the Houston Rockets (NBA) franchise.
